Synopsis
Eve (Odessa Young), a 19th-century widow, is faced with an impossible choice when a ship sinks off the coast of her remote fishing village in the middle of a particularly harsh winter. Eve and her team must choose: save the castaway or survive the winter on the last remaining food. Faced with the consequences of their choices and plagued by guilt, the villagers struggle with a growing sense of fear and begin to believe that they are all being punished for their choices.
